Shipping Information & Tracking

Within Malaysia

All shipping to anywhere within Malaysia is chargeable at the standard rate apply by the national courier, POSLAJU unless otherwise advised. 


Additional charges will be imposed for international shipping depending on case-to-case basis such as country, weight and size of packaging and shipping method (e.g. Express, Normal Post/Mail). In any case, you will be informed of the additional shipping charges via email.

Self Pick-Up

Pick up your parcels when you want, where you want and at your own convenience.

Self pick-up is available for customers located in Klang Valley ONLY. Kindly check our partner’s pick-up locations nearest to you here and let us know your preferred pick-up locations. You will then be given a Verification Code which will be sent via email and SMS. Simply present the Verification Code to the store personnel to collect your items.

MYLADYLOVE uses EasyParcel for delivery services within Malaysia as well as International. 

Track your shipment status by keying in the TRACKING NO. given to you.

MYLADYLOVE aims to ensure all our customers received their products within 7 working days (for Malaysia), 10 working days (for Singapore & Brunei) and up to 14 days for international. However, should you not receive your products within the shipping time, we do NOT guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the time frame that is beyond our control. We will however, assist you with the necessary to rectify the problem with the courier service company/shipping agent and gives you the best solution available.

If we are unable to meet the shipping time frame or if there will be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will NOT be liable for any losses, liabilities, additional costs, damages, charges or expenses due to the delay. If you are not available to receive the delivery or fail to collect the items, we will notify you via email with instructions on either re-shipping or you may need to arrange to self pick-up from the carrier or at any of our pick-up locations.

You will be notify that your items have been shipped out and be given a Tracking ID via email confirmation. Please use the Tracking ID to track your order with the respective shipping agent.
