Return and Refunds


Any issues/problems with the product should be addressed to us by email at or submit your inquiry at Contact Us within seven (7 days) upon receiving the product or submit your request for product to be return by filling the Product Return Form on our website.

We will ONLY entertain request made base on the following factor:

  1. Product received are NOT the right product or specifications (e.g. wrong size or color, wrong product etc.).
  2. Product is damage or defect.
  3. Request are made within SEVEN (7) DAYS upon receiving the product.

Once your request has been submitted, our staff will follow-up with you within 24 hours and handle the issue on case-to-case basis. For example, the product you ordered has some defect on it. We will send you a replacement of the same product or offer you the best option available of similar product as replacement (if the same product is no longer available) with NO obligations put on to you to accept. If you chose to accept the product replacement, then the issue will be update as Completed (meaning you can no longer make another request for product return or refund).


Should you decide not wanting to accept the product replacement and request for a refund, then we will arrange for the refunds to be made by online bank transfer to your bank account. In this case, details of your bank and bank account will be required for us to proceed with the refund process.

Process of refunds will be made within SEVEN (7) DAYS upon receiving the request for refunds.
